Full Job Description
Online Cool Work is seeking a Computer Operator/Customer Service Representative to work from home. The ideal candidate will have a knack for technology and customer service, be an excellent communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and operating computer software.
Responsibilities
. Provide excellent customer service, including technical support and product assistance via phone, email, and live chat
. Utilize computer software to perform various tasks such as data entry and report generation
. Maintain customer records, including updating customer profiles and inputting payment information
.00Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including network connectivity and software performance
. Perform quality checks on various products and services to ensure they meet company standards
.Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service to customers
. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service is provided
equirements
. 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support
. Experience with computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Ability to stay calm and collected in high-pressure situations
.Strong problem-solving skills, utilizing critical thinking to identify solutions
.Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
